The SUNY Learning Network (SLN) –  A Little History

First Sloan grant in 1994-95 – R&D one year  – initially/briefly called MHRLN (Mid Hudson Regional Learning Network)

Sloan grants (there were 3 or 4 of them) totaled 4.1 million dollars. I believe this was their largest cumulative donation ever. Frank Mayadas (and Ralph Gomery) was always a strong supporter and ally to SLN.
