Open SUNY COTE PD Associate: Dean

Dean Dyer is the instructional technology specialist at Jefferson Community College. His main responsibility is facilitating the integration and availability of instructional technologies, through his role as campus MID and other development initiatives. He is perpetually ABD and theoretically will finish his Ph.D. in instructional systems through Penn State, with an emphasis in educational systems design. Dean holds a master of science in education degree in instructional technology and media management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and 7-12 chemistry education from SUNY Potsdam.
