Description: Participants will be introduced to the Open SUNY Course Quality Review (OSCQR) rubric and process. They will discuss its pedagogical and research foundations, as well as its standards for instructional design and accessibility. As a culminating assignment, each participant will complete a formal course review using OSCQR and recommend improvements and campus implementation strategies. Upon completion of this workshop, participants will earn an OSCQR Certified Trainer badge, enabling them to train faculty for their own campuses, as well as for other SUNY institutions.
