Eileen Radigan, PhD., is an assistant professor and the department chair of Education and Human Services at Monroe Community College. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Eileen specializes in preparing pre-service and current professionals to effectively support children and adults with disabilities in school and community settings across the lifespan. She teaches online courses on disability across the lifespan and supporting communication and behavior. In these courses, she uses a variety of online learning tools to facilitate student interactions, including virtual surveying of accessibility in community settings, group presentation development, and peer feedback as students develop course projects. She is a proponent of online course development and offerings, along with colleagues in her department.
