Open SUNY Online Teaching Ambassador 2018 – Nassau: Joseph Pilaro

Joseph Pilaro is an Assistant Professor at Nassau Community College, in the department of English. His fields of interest include LGTBQ Studies, Composition, and Screenwriting. He has taught online since 2007, mostly composition courses. This past semester, Joseph fulfilled a goal of teaching his first LGTBQ Literature course online for NCC.
