Wanda Haby is a lecturer at SUNY Plattsburgh. Certified/Licensed Basic Peace Officer, Law Enforcement Academy, San Antonio, Texas and her B.A. in Opera Performance & Piano, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Haby’s research areas are in Communication, Ethics, Human Resources, Social Responsibility, Organizational Development and Management Leadership Development Lean. She has received the following awards and honors: SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching (Academic Year 2017–2018), CUNA National Leadership Development Program Design Award Recipient, State of Texas Governors Volunteer Award Recipient, Archdiocese of San Antonio, Leadership Service Award (2002–2005) and the National Armed Services Family of the Year Recipient.
