Online learning offers the flexibility for health care professionals to pursue career opportunities while balancing family/work/college and life. I believe nurturing a supportive online community and developing an active online learning environment is important for all students to contribute equally to conversations and discussions. Student feedback is important to me to ensure online courses are engaging and meeting learning outcomes. Online courses need to be consistently updated to meet evidence-based pedagogical approaches in teaching and learning.
