Michael Anzelone is a professor of English at Nassau Community College. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from CUNY at York College (1977), and two Master of Arts degrees from Adelphi University, one granted in 1981 and one in 1987. The first M.A. degree is in English/Education. The second M.A. degree is in English. He has also completed all the course work for the Ph.D. degree in English at SUNY at Stony Brook University. Mr. Anzelone’s areas of Major Literary Interest include Women’s Studies, 19th Century American Literature, 20th Century American Literature. His areas of Theoretical Interest include Feminist Literature and Criticism, Post-Colonial Studies, African-American Literature and Criticism, Gender Studies, American Studies.
