Every semester, I mainly teach two online courses: Information Systems for managers and introduction to Programming C++ & OOP at SUNY Old Westbury and SUNY Empire State, respectfully. I have been teaching online courses for a decade. I use discussion’s forum to learn more about my students and through the discussion I learn how they perceive the course material.  It is interesting to find myself learning something new every semester both from my students and Management Learning Systems. Teaching online is convenient, flexible, and widely reached to the population. There are times that you need to teach the entire course material to one student instead of traditional way of teaching the entire students in one class.

I would like to see integration of more technology like voice and vision into learning management systems, such as Blackboard and Moodle.
