Papa I. Gueye is a Professor of Economics at Schenectady County Community College in the Department of Business, Criminal Justice, and Law, and a lecturer in the Department of Economics at University at Albany. Mr. Gueye holds an M.A. and an M.B.A. from the University at Albany, an M.A. from the University of Toledo, and a B.S. from the University of Dakar.
