Learning is a social experience, and we encourage you to connect to other SUNY  Online Teaching community members to share your experiences and insight. Participating in these discussion forum conversations will connect you with other faculty who are thinking about teaching online, as well as faculty who have extensive experience designing and teaching online courses.

Join the Conversation

To participate in the SUNY Online Teaching Community discussion forums, you need to first sign up and join the community. Follow these steps:

  1. In a web browser, login to Facebook and navigate to to the SUNY Online Teaching Community Facebook group.
  2. Click on the link to Join group, on the right side of the Facebook group page.

  3. Answer the membership questions and agree to the group rules.
  4. Your request to join the group will be reviewed and approved based on your responses.
  5. You will be notified and once approved review the group guides.
