Creation of a MOOC to develop leadership to non-profit organizations. Includes use of an Open SUNY textbook and board development diagnostic tool.

Original Coursera course has been modularized to a specialization with capstone experience.

Develop a tool to support transfer of skills and knowledge from required first-year writing classes to courses across the curriculum and beyond graduation, which research shows neither typically nor sufficiently occurs.

Examines how Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) can be documented by students and assessed through use of an e-Portfolio, and provides professional development to faculty advisors and evaluators to assess college/university-level learning acquired outside traditional academic environments in support of student success and degree completion.

This IITG project worked to scale-up with five proof-of-concept sub-projects across SUNY Empire State College and SUNY Potsdam.

Integration of MOOC content on Coursera and Canvas platforms with Open SUNY Badging. Expands on an earlier project to promote student metaliteracy through a MOOCs and badge-based competencies.

Two very successful MOOCs were launched on 1) Canvas and 2) Coursera. Robust outcomes are available detailing the faculty and learner experience integrating badges into MOOC platforms.

Expands on previous development and assessment of a multiplayer, cloud module for teaching population genetics with badge incentives to K-12 and undergraduate students.

A multiplayer game app available on iOS, Google Play, and the cloud to introduce students to population genetics and evolution in real time.
