Description

Assessing of laboratory skills in a remote learning environment. Virtual labs can be repeated by students for more in-depth learning experiences and provide real-time feedback for learners. Use of STEM simulations and virtual laboratory experiments. Simulations involve role-playing perspective to the content in a digital venue. This is indicative of supporting learning objectives and engaging students in real world application prior to fieldwork. Faculty can create digital simulations or use third party software that allows students to engage in realistic settings for learning. This helps to transform knowledge from synthesis to application of skills in a lab or clinical setting.
