Project Abstract:
The SUNY IITG-funded AI & Metaliteracy project developed and launched an openly licensed OER Toolkit that integrates metaliteracy with critical, ethical, creative, and reflective approaches to generative AI in teaching and learning. Piloted across 62 course sections at Empire State University and SUNY Brockport, reaching 1,097 student enrollments and 201 faculty and staff, the project provides adaptable resources for educators while building a growing community of practice around responsible and meaningful engagement with AI.
