The webinar series was targeted toward the broader SUNY community of campuses, faculty &amp; staff<br \/>\nwho had not yet been engaged in SUNY Online Degrees at Scale. Each month focused on a specific area of<br \/>\nthe SUNY Online Degrees at Scale initiative with the goal to help inform the community about how each area<br \/>\nworks and what it means to be part of SUNY Online Degrees at Scale.<\/p>\n<p>Topics covered included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SUNY Online Degrees at Scale Overview<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and Student Success Model<\/li>\n<li>Faculty Support &amp; Instructional Design<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and Recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Innovative Approaches to Program Design<\/li>\n<li>Technology (IT) Stack<\/li>\n<li>ExPLOD Task Group Report<\/li>\n<li>Financial Model<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation and Assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1uOLcfytl9WY95MdRC7h-GaSqrnUh0G1E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recordings<\/a> for each webinar are available for viewing.
