{"id":229,"date":"2010-06-01T18:35:53","date_gmt":"2010-06-02T00:35:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/slneducation.edublogs.org\/?p=229"},"modified":"2020-11-30T11:16:32","modified_gmt":"2020-11-30T17:16:32","slug":"paulina-carrasco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/online.suny.edu\/onlineteaching\/2010\/06\/01\/paulina-carrasco\/","title":{"rendered":"Paulina Carrasco Briones, Chilean intern from CIedu INACAP, arrives!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Paulina Carrasco Briones <\/strong>arrived today to begin a month-long internship with the SUNY Learning Network, Education Services. \u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/online.suny.edu\/onlineteaching\/files\/2010\/06\/paulinagrande.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-234\" title=\"Paulina Carrasco\" src=\"https:\/\/online.suny.edu\/onlineteaching\/files\/2010\/06\/paulinagrande.jpg\" alt=\"Paulina Carrasco Briones\" width=\"183\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ms. Carrasco works as an instructional designer<span id=\"param_seccion\"> at the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inacap.cl\/tportalvp\/?t=144&amp;i=2&amp;cc=10008&amp;tm=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Center for Innovation on Education (CIedu<\/a>), <\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inacap.cl\/tportalvp\/index.php?t=39&amp;i=2&amp;cc=7894&amp;tm=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">INACAP<\/a> in Santiago, Chile, and is an instructor in their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.universidadtecnologicadechile.cl\/tportalvp\/index.php?t=145&amp;i=2&amp;cc=10086&amp;tm=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">master&#8217;s program in higher educuation applied pedagogy<\/a>. She will be working with us under a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.suny.edu\/sunyNews\/News.cfm?filname=2009-11-20%20final%20INACAP.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">memorandum of understanding<\/a> signed\u00a0 between INACAP and SUNY to learn more about SLN&#8217;s online faculty development processes and online instructional design approaches, and to experience first-hand an SLN faculty development cycle. Ms. Carrasco joins her colleague, Fransisca Capponi, to jointly observe and participate in SLN Education services activities and events, and to collaborate with her on activities to adopt and adapt SLN processes, materials, and approaches for use by INACAP.
