She supports faculty and students from all over SUNY, developing support material, conducting trainings, and helping troubleshoot technical issues for the different learning management systems. Lauren is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and received a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Elementary Education and Geography and also has a certificate in Instructional Design from Open SUNY.
