He is currently the associate director of Educational Leadership Program at Stony Brook University. He is also the author of the texts: <u>Diving into Leadership<\/u>, <u>Preparing for Educational Leadership 4<sup>th<\/sup> Edition<\/u>, <u>Diving into Data<\/u>, <u>Managing Social Science Research Through Publicly Accessible Data<\/u>, School Building Leader and School District Leader Test Prep Virtual Classroom and numerous articles. Dr. Forman is the principal investigator of a New York State Education Department grant: Strengthening Diversity in School Leadership.<\/p>\n<p><em>In looking at the delivery of coursework in the Educational Leadership Program, it has become apparent to me that graduate students prefer a learning environment other than the traditional classroom. The pandemic further supported my contention that we could deliver an effective instructional program virtually.
