Our work supports faculty, instructional designers, and campus leaders by building capacity, strengthening practice, and sustaining communities of expertise.<\/p>\n<p>We focus on <strong>people, pedagogy, and practice<\/strong>\u2014designing supports that are scalable, adaptable, and grounded in decades of system-wide experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<h2>How We Work<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Our work is organized across four interconnected areas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Programs &amp; Initiatives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> that cultivate professional learning and community including professional learning pathways, roles, and communities of practice.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Projects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> that focus on system-wide initiatives advancing online course quality, inclusive teaching, and innovation.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> that support campuses through consultation, resources, and collaboration.
